Kekei Genkai: (What is your clan's kekei genkai?)

Clan Symbol: (If your clan has a symbol post a picture here)

Clan History: (Write down our clan's history in paragraph form. Add as much detail as possible!)


Rank Information:
Rank: (What rank is your character? Genin, Jounin, Missing Nin, etc)

Village: (What village does your ninja belong to? If you are a Missing Nin, put what village you used to belong to. For now, Only the Leaf and the Mist are open.)

Name:(The name of your Jutsu. Please try to put its Japanese name and its English translation)
Rank:(The Rank of your Jutsu. Can be anywhere from E to S)
Type:(What type of Jutsu is it? Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, etc)
Element:(What is the Jutsu's Element? Fire, Water, Wind, etc)
Description:(Provide an, at least, three line description of your Jutsu)

Styles:(Only if you have a martial specialty!)
Style Name: (Name of your style)
Style Type: {Taijutsu, Weasponry, or Kenjutsu)
Style Weapon: (If your style uses a weapon, then note that here.)
